Data collected

Identification data (name, surname); contact data (email, phone); trip details (pickup, destination); special vehicle requests for disabilities, with prior consent.

Purposes and legal basis

Registration and booking; delivering the NCC service and operational communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp); legal obligations; anonymous aggregated statistics. Basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.

Marketing

Promotional emails only with consent, or until you opt out via the link in each message.

Retention

Trip data: 10 years. Marketing: until withdrawal or 2 years of inactivity. Legal obligations: 10 years.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Nexi Payments S.p.A. Cimarelli Group 1900 does not store card data; only payment outcome is processed.

Data sharing

Authorized Cimarelli Group 1900 staff; the NCC company/driver assigned to the trip; IT providers; public authorities, banks and insurers where required.

Territory

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies it needs in order to work: the language preference and the record of the choice made on the cookie banner. As things stand no analytics cookies and no advertising or profiling cookies are installed, first- or third-party, and no tracking tools are present: no browsing data is sent to third-party providers or outside the European Economic Area. Those categories remain in the banner because consent stays the condition for switching them on should they be introduced in future, at which point this notice will be updated.
